Biography
Dr Kariem M Elhelow is working as a Professor in King Abdullah Medical City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. He worked as a prosthodontist in Alexandria university as well as Salametek Dental Centers. Dr Elhelow received his BDS, and MS from Alexandria University, and his PhD from Cairo University, Egypt. He is also a fellow of the ICOI. He is an author and international public speaker lecturing on implant, maxillofacial prosthodontics and digital dentistry.

Biography
Dr. Salwa Atwan teaches didactic and clinical courses in Pediatric Dentistry. Additional responsibilities including chair or member of many standing committees. Published scientific articles and presents continual education courses. A member of numerous national and international professional organizations and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Atwan is a consultant at the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and an attending staff at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Her research interest focused in the medicament of the pulp and prevention. Dr. Atwan received her D.D.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy, her M.S. and a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University Of Nebraska Medical Center and a Certificate of Dentistry for the Disabled from the University of Washington/Seattle.

Biography
Dr. Kenneth B. Chance is the Dean of the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University, in NYC and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine (CWRU). He received postgraduate training at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, General Practice Residency Program, in NYC, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) – New Jersey School in Endodontics. Dr. Chance remained at the UMDNJ-New Jersey School for seventeen years as a faculty member and administrator. His appointments included: Head of the Department of Endodontics, Assistant Dean for External Affairs, and University Federal Relations Advisor. He was Chief of Endodontics at the Kings County Medical Center in NYC for ten years. Dr. Chance was Director for the Health Policy Program at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies and the Health Policy Aide to United States Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), both in Washington, DC. Dr. Chance served as Dean and Professor at the Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, in Nashville, Tennessee before arriving to the University of Kentucky five years ago. He has served on major committees including: the Institute of Medicine Committee on National Institutes of Health Research Priority Setting Process, Chairman of the American Dental Education Association Section on Minority Affairs, and Chairman of the Governor’s Oral Health Policy 2000 Advisory Committee for New Jersey. He was elected Member-At-Large of the Administrative Board of the Council of Deans of the American Dental Education Association in 1999.
